10:00 Meet at Enoden line Hase station ticket gate
10:15-11:30 Enjoy Hase temple grounds- and beautiful view of the ocean.
(Hydrangea around June are especially popular- may want to avoid if you prefer a quiet tour)
11:30 Lunch at Hase temple restaurant (served by monks!)
12:30 Walk to Kamakura Literature Museum (Kamakura Bungaku-Kan) and enjoy museum. Flower garden available depending on season.
(Entry fee: Around 300 to 400 yen per person)
Guide will discuss authors from the local area in Kamakura that contributed to Japanese literature, translating material at the museum into English from Japanese. The exhibit changes periodically.
14:00 Tour ends back at Hase station
