All users (guides and guests) must follow the following guidelines when using the Amida Tour website.
・Any direct dealings that do not go through Amida Tour, and/or communications that suggest or promote such services. (Includes sending email addresses or suggesting/soliciting other forms of communication between guides and customers)
・Direct exchange of email addresses, LINE IDs, Skype IDs, and any other form of contact information.
・Sending files unrelated to the service or computer viruses and other harmful files.
・Submitting requests without intention of fulfilling the promises.
A third party posing as a user.
・Any users that are under 18 years of age. (When users under age 18 use the website, they must obtain approval from their parent or guardian.)
・Uploading anything that infringes on copyright or intellectual property of another party.
・Uploading anything that violates the privacy rights, right to publicity, honour, or inflicts damage upon others.
・Uploading anything that violates public order and morality.
・Using the website for purposes other than the services offered by the website.
・Other acts or uploading that the management team sees as unfit for the website.
・If guests cancel the tour more than 7 days before the tour, there will be no payment to the guide.
・If the guests cancel the tour 6 days prior to the day or less, guides will receive the same amount as actually conducting the tour.
・Guides cannot cancel tours. In case of an emergency, please contact your clients using the client’s email address provided at the time of booking. Make sure to copy (cc) Amida Tour firstname.lastname@example.org when you send the email. According to the situation, we may remove your account from our website.
・Full refund to guests if cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the reserved tour date.
・No refund to guests for cancellations made 6 days or less before the reserved tour date.
